ORGANIC COCONUT CREAM (20%)

ORGANIC RAW SUGAR
Good sugar = raw sugar & not refined. We would have used no sugar, but let’s be honest; a bit of sweetness ain’t bad.
ACACIA GUM
A natural gum from the acacia tree. We need gums in a coconut milk to help keep it all together. Otherwise, you’d be shaking it all day.
GELLAN GUM
Gellan gum, is a vegan gum made through fermentation. 1 gum is unfortunately not enough, so Gellan is the Robin to the Acacia’s Batman.
SUNFLOWER LECITHIN
Is a Natural emulsifier from sunflower which is here to unify the fats of the coconut cream with the water along with the gums.
SEA SALT
Salt is good. Sea Salt’s even better. It helps the bring out the flavour while reinforcing our tropical vibe.
